The Company was incorporated in 1984, is a renowned player in the FMCG industry and works in the manufacturing business of Blades and Razors, Oral care and Portable Power. Also, it created several brands, such as Duracell, Oral–B, MACH3 Turbo, and 7 o'clock. The Company has several manufacturing units located at Bhiwadi in Rajasthan and Baddi in Himachal Pradesh.
1984– The Company was incorporated as Indian Shaving Products.
1990–91– To manufacture 7 O'clock Ejtek PII Twin Blade Shaving System, the company increased its capacity.
1993– On February, the company launched several Gillette Shaving Products.
1995–96– Gillette India also introduced ready shaver under the brand name 7 O'clock Ready II.
Then, the company entered into a distribution agreement and launched an international brand known as Oral B.
