About Systematic Industries IPO
Incorporated in March 2000, Systematic Industries Limited operates in the steel wire industry, manufacturing and supplying steel wires and cables for power transmission, infrastructure, telecommunications, and agro-based sectors. The company is certified by ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. The company offers a portfolio of Steel wires, including Carbon steel wire (MS Wire), High carbon wire (HC Wire), Mild Steel Wire, Galvanized Iron Wire, Cable Armour Wire, Aluminium conductor steel-reinforced cable (ACSR Core wire), and Aluminium Clad Steel (ACS) Wire, along with Optical Ground Wires (OPGW) and Optical Fibre Cable (OFC). These products have electrical and mechanical properties for power generation, data transmission, and distribution, ensuring efficiency and reliability across various industries. The company has four factories, of which three are situated in Daman & Diu and one is situated in Valsad, Gujarat with a combined installed capacity of 1,00,000 MTPA. The company sells its products in approximately 25 states and Union Territories in India and also exports its products to more than 30 countries, such as Sri Lanka, Japan, Bhutan, Canada, and Brazil.
