About S.K.Offset IPO
Incorporated in February 2007, S. K. Offset Limited is an integrated printing and packaging solutions company engaged in offset printing, packaging, and labelling services. The company manufactures books, pamphlets, mono cartons, rigid boxes, cartons, labels, stickers, barcodes, posters, and other customized packaging products for industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, education, cosmetics, sports, liquor, and consumer goods. The company operates four manufacturing facilities in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, with a combined covered area of approximately 38,313 sq. ft. Its operations cover printing, designing, graphics, lithography, packaging development, and publication services. SK Offset also trades in and imports/exports printing and packaging materials including paper, paperboard, foils, and inks. Through continuous expansion and forward integration, the company has evolved from a traditional offset printer into a comprehensive printing, packaging, and labelling solutions provider, enabling customers to source multiple products from a single vendor.
