About Shreekrishna Impex Ventures IPO
Incorporated on January 28, 2020, Shreekrishna Impex Ventures Limited is engaged in the fresh produce supply chain, covering cultivation supervision, pre-harvest monitoring, procurement, post-harvest handling (including grading and treatment), pre-cooling, cold storage, packaging, logistics coordination, and the export of fresh produce to international markets. The company has been recognised as a ;Three-Star Export House by the Government of India. The company's primary export product is the Cavendish variety of bananas, which accounts for nearly all of its operating revenue. Banana sales contributed approximately 99.79%, 99.63%, 96.14%, and 99.78% of revenue from operations during the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Fiscal 2025, Fiscal 2024, and Fiscal 2023, respectively. Shreekrishna Impex Ventures procures bananas primarily through intermediaries sourcing produce from farmers across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Andhra Pradesh, while also expanding its direct procurement network with farmers.
