About RCRS Innovations IPO
Incorporated in August 2019, RCRS Innovations Ltd. is engaged in the manufacturing of customised lithium-ion battery packs and solar photovoltaic (PV) modules, under the brand name “EXEGI”. The company's products mainly serve the B2B sector, used in solar lighting, inverters, energy storage, and other custom applications. The company's operations take place at its Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh facility, where lithium battery packs and solar PV modules are processed. The Company has established assembly and integration facilities for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) at Sikandrabad. The plant is complete, and commercial production is soon to start. The Company serves multiple markets in energy storage and solar power, including solar lighting (street, mast, garden, home), residential and commercial backup via inverter systems, and energy storage for telecoms, data centres, UPS, industrial, and commercial settings. It also supplies microgrids, renewable, and utility-scale projects, plus specialised sectors like medical, electric mobility, and automation systems.
