About Prizor Viztech IPO
Incorporated in 2017, Prizor Viztech Limited provides security and surveillance solutions with a wide range of CCTV cameras for retail, government, education, and infrastructure. In 2022, the company expanded its product line to include televisions, touch panels, and monitors, all sold under its brand name and manufactured by third parties. Additionally, the company offers video management software that provides surveillance features to customers on a single monitor and location. The company's product portfolio is divided into two main parts: Security and Surveillance Solutions, including network cameras, high-definition analogue cameras, network video recorders, and digital video recorders; and LED televisions, Monitors & Touch Panels. The company has supplied products across 17 states and 2 union territories in India, namely: Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal, as well as the union territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Jammu and Kashmir.
