MSK Projects (India) Ltd. is an Indian infrastructure and construction company engaged in engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), BOT road projects, urban infrastructure, industrial construction, and civil engineering works. The company started its construction operations in 1976 as a partnership firm under the name “M. S. Khurana” and later evolved into a corporate entity. In 2006, the company entered infrastructure concession projects through a joint venture named BUL MSK Infrastructure for toll-road operations. Later, the company expanded into energy and large infrastructure development activities. In 2010, MSK Projects (India) Ltd. was renamed as Welspun Projects Limited, and subsequently became part of Welspun Enterprises Limited. The company has been associated with the construction of residential townships, highways, water distribution projects, industrial facilities, and transportation infrastructure across India.
