About Madhuraam Construction IPO
Incorporated in July 2024, Madhuraam Construction (India) Limited is a Class-AA registered civil contracting company based in Junagadh, Gujarat, primarily engaged in the construction of roads and allied civil infrastructure for the Government of Gujarat and its semi-government authorities. The Company provides end-to-end construction services covering design, procurement and execution of rural roads, urban roads and state highways, along with select building construction works. The Company has a strong presence in Gujarat and has completed 132 projects with an aggregate contract value of ₹60,731.54 lakhs as of June 2026, including 128 road construction projects and 4 building projects. It had 16 ongoing projects with a pending Order Book of ₹22,824.41 lakhs. The Company is supported by promoters with over eight decades of combined infrastructure-sector experience and established relationships with government and semi-government clients. As of July 31, 2026, the Company had 21 full-time employees, comprising Directors and Key Managerial Personnel, office staff and project execution staff, along with contract labour engaged at project sites as required.
