Incorporated in April 2001, India Exposition Mart Limited is engaged in the development and operation of integrated exhibition and convention infrastructure and provides a comprehensive range of services across the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) ecosystem. The Company operates the “India Expo Centre and Mart” in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, spread across 57 acres, and provides exhibition halls, convention facilities, meeting spaces and allied services for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and business events. The Company also operates hospitality facilities including ExpoInn Suites, Plume Hotel, Mor Stays and Bean & Brew cafés. Over the last three fiscals, the Company has managed and organised 156 exhibitions, events and conventions, with more than 45 confirmed bookings for forthcoming events and exhibitions as of June 30, 2026. The Company operates through six complementary business verticals, comprising Third-Party Events, Managed Events, Own Intellectual Properties, Hotels and Hospitality, Export Supply Chain Management and Maintenance Services to Mart Owners.
