About Harit Industries IPO
Founded in 2019, Harit Industries Ltd. is a fully integrated textile manufacturer in the Home Textile Sector. The Company currently has in-house, ready-made curtain fabric for curtain and upholstery manufacturing, and fabric processing capabilities, positioning it to sell economy and premium range products under its own brands as well as on a private and white-label basis. The company operates in three business segments. Fabric for Curtains and Upholstery: Produce fabrics for curtains and upholstery through an integrated process of design, weaving, dyeing, stitching, and finishing at our facilities. Our fabrics are available in both economy and premium segments. Fabric Processing (Job Works): Offers fabric processing services on a job-work basis, catering mainly to the apparel segment and the curtain industry. Readymade Curtains: Engaged in producing readymade curtains with a fully integrated process including design, weaving, dyeing, stitching, and finishing.
