About Fiem Industries IPO
Fiem Industries Limited was originally incorporated in India as Rahul Auto Private Limited on February 6, 1989 in New Delhi. The name of the Company was changed to FIEM Industries Private Limited in May 1992.FIEM is manufacturer of automotive lighting, signaling equipments and rear view mirrors. The Company has a range of two-wheeler lighting systems and rear view mirrors. Its products portfolio ranging from rear view mirrors, head lamps, tail lamps, roof lamps, wheel covers, warning triangle, complete rear fender assembly, frame assembly, mudguards and various sheet metal and plastic parts caters to the needs of almost all segments of automobile industry. The Company's customer base includes TVS Motor Co. Ltd., Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India P. Ltd., Suzuki Motorcycle P. Ltd., General Motors India Ltd., Aspock Systems (Austria) and Piaggio (Italy).
