About Bank of Maharashtra IPO
Incorporated in 1935, Bank of Maharashtra is a public sector bank engaged in providing a wide range of banking and financial services across India. The bank offers services including retail banking, corporate banking, agricultural finance, MSME lending, treasury operations, and digital banking solutions. The bank serves diversified industries such as steel and auto, diamond and jewellery, petroleum, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, power, hotels, education, infrastructure, and housing sectors. It has also entered into a co-financing arrangement with EXIM Bank of India for project exports. Bank of Maharashtra operates through an extensive branch network across multiple states and union territories in India. As of September 30, 2003, the bank operated 1,251 branches across 21 states and 2 union territories.
