About Avtar Steel IPO
Incorporated in May 1996, Avtar Steel Limited is a manufacturer of stainless-steel long and wire products, specializing in special grades and customized solutions for domestic and international customers. The Company offers a diversified portfolio including blocks and blooms, hot rolled and bright bars, wire rods, profiles and wires, catering to industries such as automobile, oil and gas, defence, aerospace, energy, shipping, construction, chemical, food and dairy. The Company operates three integrated manufacturing facilities in Sonipat, Haryana, spread across 33.54 acres, with capabilities covering steel melting, casting, hot rolling, cold finishing and wire rod and bar production. As of July 31, 2026, it manufactured over 150 grades of stainless-steel products and served customers across domestic and international markets. Its manufacturing capabilities are supported by certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and BIS, along with other international quality certifications.
