About Agilus Diagnostics IPO
Agilus Diagnostics Limited, incorporated in 1995, provides diagnostic testing services, including routine and specialized tests, wellness and preventive care packages, hospital laboratory management services, and clinical research trial testing services. As of March 31, 2023, the company operated a network of 413 laboratories, with 43 laboratories accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL). Agilus Diagnostics Limited maintains an international presence across regions including the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Commonwealth of Independent States, and the South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC). During the fiscal year 2023, the company conducted 39.07 million tests and served 16.62 million patients in India and internationally. The diagnostics network spans 25 Indian states and five union territories, covering over 1,000 towns and cities and more than 532 districts. The network follows a hub-and-spoke model and includes one central global reference laboratory in Mumbai, five regional reference laboratories, and 407 other clinical laboratories, comprising pathology and radiology centers.
